Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the presentation of the "Albanian Digital Solution", spoke about the concern raised in the media regarding the works being carried out in Zvërnec for the construction of a luxury resort.

Rama stated that the property where works are being carried out is private property and that the state is not forgiving anything.

"I want to say something about this fake news rumor that the state is forgiving Zvërnec. The state is not forgiving anything. It is a private property, after all. And the investors involved in that process are very serious, who have taken that property from private individuals. The state does have assets on the other side of the Sazan Island project, negotiations have not yet been completed since the Albanian Investment Corporation is part of the investments. The state will be there. The land on the island there belongs to the Albanian state ," said Rama.
